We were retained by a prominent real estate investor to provide architectural and interior design services in connection with the renovation of four loft buildings in the SoHo district of Manhattan. We were responsible for everything from the layouts of the apartments to the detailed design of the kitchens, bathrooms, lobbies and so forth.
