We were originally commissioned to renovate a two bedroom apartment in a rather banal 1980′s era building for a businessman relocating from the West Coast. After the project was complete, the owner purchased a smaller unit in the building and gave us ‘carte blanche’ to create an elegant, highly detailed guest apartment.
