CARNEGIE TERRACE
Located on the edge of Carnegie Hall on the upper east side of Manhattan, this project entailed a complete renovation of a ten-unit prewar apartment building. We were responsible for all aspects of the acquisition, re-design, renovation and conversion to co-operative ownership.
